Welcome to THOR Collective Supply, the official merch store of the THOR Collective. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are
This site is operated by THOR Collective LLC, a company based in Kansas, United States. THOR Collective Supply offers limited-edition merchandise including apparel, stickers, coins, and other gear for threat hunters and our broader cybersecurity community.

2. Who Can Use This Site
To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If that’s not you, step away from the keyboard, friend.

3. Ordering and Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You've read the full product description.

  • You’re committing to buy when you check out.

  • You understand prices may change and errors might happen (but we’ll do our best to make it right).

Prices are listed in USD. We collect applicable sales tax on orders shipped to Arizona and Kansas, as required by law. If your shipping address is in one of these states, sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout. We accept most major payment methods.

4. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
We ship worldwide unless otherwise noted. You’ll receive tracking info when your order ships.

All items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Please double-check your order before checking out. If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, contact us at info@thorcollective.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

5. Product Availability & Changes
We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue items without notice

  • Limit quantities of any product

  • Cancel orders if necessary (you’ll be refunded if this happens)
     

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content are property of THOR Collective LLC. Don’t steal our stuff—ask first. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell anything from this site without written permission.

7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the site or violate these Terms. Be chill.

8. Indemnification
By using this site, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of our services.

9. Limits of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, THOR Collective LLC won’t be liable for any indirect damages (like lost profits or missed missions) that result from your use—or inability to use—our site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Kansas. We don’t do class actions or jury trials—individual arbitration only, if applicable.
